Someone please suggest a high paying niche or website

I know mostly people say that finance and mortgage related sites and niche earn highest. But i am not good at finance, so cannot blog or write about finance, so will appreciate if someone please suggest me some good highest paying niche ideas.

just google it, like " highest paying Google keywords 2010".
make a list what you have found.
now go to google keyword online tool

enter the keyword and click on search button.
in the displayed result, see the button 'Views' in the last row. click on it and then click on customize column
when a screen appears, select Estimated Avg. CPC and click save.
now you will be able to see the Estimated Avg. CPC of particular keyword.
