The steps to a website creation.

The steps:
1. Buy domain name. (or free)
2. Buy hosting space. (of free)
3. Create website design layout in adobe photoshop. (jpg)
4. Convert jpg to html and css files.
5. Use the two files (html and css) and make the site out of it.

Sometimes html alone will do. html is easy to incorporate and use. One has to just copy the code and paste on the website while building the website.

Website creation has to be done with precision. Much attention has to be shown in the case of website design. Getting the work done by the freelancers is also not a bad idea.
