Just a quick review. The flash menu loads a little slow. And you have few content regarding with the tour

Well as web designer as well i will say too much animation makes childish....u can be able to reduce the animation and make the others xhtml or even better using CSS.you should also center the page as well.

As for me the logo is kind of strange. Perhaps you should try another one, more creative. And a website content should be more compelling and attractive in order to convince a customer to follow your services.

Just seen your site. In my opinion putting gradient will be the best part here and the header ain't look appealing to me.
