I think that the adds should be banner ads or sidebar adds. Their current location is sort of bad.

Hi, I saw your website. It is OK. There are many videos, there is no need to make changes in design. Only think something about those videos.

Your idea is not bad. But one thing you have to keep in your mind, that someone will get interest on something when he/she knows what is she watching. You need to add a little description with your videos. Otherwise it is really a wastage of time for the visitors.
