How to optimize for yahoo, bing and other search engines?

Hi,

We are well know about how to optimize our webpages for google and also we mainly concentrate on the google.

And frequently we are seeing that only in google we will be getting results for particular keywords. And in yahoo, bing and other SE's there won't be any of our pages for that particular keywords that was happened for google.

Is there any separate optimization techniques for yahoo, bing and other SE's..

I got some personal experiences regarding this..

It would be great if someone clear these things..

to optimize your search, you have to optimize your keywords and make sure that the informational pages are html pages and then the right keywords and description is given in the meta tags, am i right?

as per my experience I got good ranking in yahoo and bing without any special efforts but I have targeted google .

I think we have to implement different strategies for each search engine to rank well in them...

I think the strategies for each search engine might be different. But have no idea how to make that strategy depending on the search engine. I too have a doubt about this. Thanks for raising this doubt IMking.

I think you should target Google and if your Google Rankings will improve it will automatically improve Yahoo and Bing.

You can optimize your site in different search engine like on what you've than in Google as well as you don't do illegal ways on advertising and promoting.

We all follow the same strategy to optimize and get a good ranking. Though there will be some different strategy for all search engine. But most of use will target google and others will get a good SERP.
