There is no such application which will build automatic backlink. Manual backlink generation is consider as white hat SEO. If at all such application is use there are chances to get penalized by search engine.

Well, I don't have much idea about it. But i would suggest you that do not use such software. It consider as Black Hat SEO. You should go with White Hat SEO.
It is better if you build your links manually.
