I think it is a wrong definition. The correct one should be like this:

This makes it a good business option too. Of late I read reviews on reseller hosting business and it is supposed to be lucrative I believe.

With Reseller hosting plan you will get master control panel to create multiple accounts and you can assign separate control panel to each hosting account.
