You're a beginner or intermediate CSS user, then CSS Mastery: Advanced Web Standards Solutions is the place to go, it's a great book that'll teach you a lot. Admittedly there are a few sections I skipped past because I knew about them, but it's taught me a lot about standards, and helped me improve my code and create more meaningful markup.
