Some software can be use to create very attractive web interface. But most of them don't know what are the methods to edit pages. Something like scripts/ HTLM / CSS,PHP,ASP.net etc.

Hi ! Methasa, it's not HTLM but HTML. Well it's not easy to learn all this language in one time. Everyone can be master in in one language in only. Because different programming language has different methods of writing codes.
So as beginner you can learn the terms and choose appropriate language according to you.

Web pages are pages used to create web sites. There are different ways to create web pages. Different technology are used to do this. CSS is used to style web pages meansdesigning part i.e. look and feel. ASP, JSP, PHP are different technologies used to develop these websites. There are various IDE available to develop pages according to learn. Visual studio for asp.net, Eclipse for jsp, Edit plus for PHP

PHP is stands for hypertext preprocessor.This is opensource prograaming technique and I am always use this technique for creating an application. I am also use some other technology for web design because web design is important part of website.

There are many web design programming language like PHP, Asp.net, Java, VB.net, Javascript, C, C++ and many more. As per my knowledge, Asp.net is a one of the best web design programming language and it is very easy web design programming language.

I also recommend the web design survey employment prospects. A local school a few years ago down their web design certificate course, that market has become saturated. I get the impression that employers have to design and develop skilled people, but this is just my impression. Maybe check out the advertisement, said the monster, and give some tips.
