I have worked with Joomla very little, and I have always used the admin interface for whatever I needed to do. I am using Editor Control of Ajax to submit a data to database. But in database it insert only ajax contol tool kit.
How to store the data in the database?
I have one question here. I want to store some data in a database, but I don't know in what form I should save them. Two different options:What's the best for you? I want to store about ~48 different values, and I don't like quite much the idea of making 49 different database fields in a table. I want your opinion on this.
- Save every different value in separate database fields (same table), or
- Save all values in a single database field, comma separated.
