Hey dude its the transaction fee nothing else
Hey actually when we send the small amounts the transaction is more say 1 or 2$ but when we increase i.e. for currency>5$ the amount becomes constant there is very less increase in the transaction fee.
for calculating how much money you have to send to get the exact desired amount at the recipient side you can refer the above site

For every transaction paypal charges some fees. It is the part of their business and nothing can be done about it.

Certainly. This is in the way Paypal operates. They have to do business after all and they cut some amount as fees in transactions. You have to get used to it.
