What is the best thing to do when your paypal account got hacked?. Is it better to e-mail or call paypal with your problem? . What if you have recovered your paypal hacked account are you going to use it?. Is it safe to use?
if your paypal account is connected with bank account or a credit card is attached, you must immediately call paypal if your account gets hacked.

I agree with Bhavin and also immediately change your password...My friend had done this trick, he got hacked from one guy, he traced him but his IP was changing continuously so he didn't get caught. So my friend first call the paypal then he deleted his bank account for 7 days and after changing the password he again added his bank account and now he is doing great till now no complaints about hackers..
