I don't see how this could be a Phishing email. I don't see any way that the senders of this would get personal info of the reserves.

There is no proper update from paypal itself regarding this issue, we need to wait and see.

Many things are going around here, it seems this new restriction is for personal accounts.

Any suggestions for other payment processors which accepts paypal payments because many US clients are quite comfortable with this PP but they are creating problems to indian pp holders, What about 2co? Is it advisable for individuals?

Let's hope this is all fake or else we will have to face problems again. Hope this time Indians will not have to suffer a lot. Last time I had to stop all my activities for more than 2 weeks. I will not be able to this time.

2CO charges $49 for that as well as they will close your account if someone tries to pay with some else's Credit Card. They are very bad processors. Not a good option.

They closed my account with balance of $100 and then told me that you can't get it back.
