It is there way of making money I suppose. Nothing is free in life. I think they have removed the "gift" scheme too. Where you could send money without being charged. Everyone was sending money as a gift haha.

But I would recommend MoneyBookers to you, instant withdraw on visa cards

At the end of the day Paypal has proved itself as the best online payment processor. We may have to agree with their terms if we decide to use their services and system.

Internet banking is a growing trend in this online age in which we live. PayPal has revolutionized the way in which small businesses, independent contractors and freelancers can send and receive payments. A PayPal account allows you to email invoices for your commissions and accept bank or credit card payments in a secure environment. According to the PayPal website, the company adheres to international standards for protecting your data and the data of your clients or customers. Knowing how to use PayPal to submit your commission invoices can save you time and make it simple for your clients to pay you.

Paypal is the best online payment processor.
It only charge a marginal fee for the indians.
    It is not much high.
At every transaction only few cents have been deducted.
So, if we want to use paypal then I have to follow their terms and conditions.
Otherwise you can move to some other online payment processor.

The charges of the PayPal is quite marginal. It only deduct the some cents at every transaction. I have done the many transactions after that and only some cents have deducted at every transaction. So, it is fine for me. But some people want the full payment. But they don't get that never because PayPal has changed its policies.

Paypal is the best for online money transfers. It is charging some cents now for Indians especially as there is some problem between paypal and RBI. It charges minimum of 0.30$ for every transaction. even if you want to send 0.30$, the receiver will receive 0$ as 30 cents are deducted for fee's. Hope the problem gets cleared as soon as possible.

For last transaction they took 30%. If this continues we have to change for alternate one.

Paypal is in my opinion so far the best online payment processor. I never had problems with it. Especially such that would take a high comission as mentioned in the above posts. Perhaps it is some malfunction and you should contact the guys at paypal for clarification ?

The charge is not too high in comparison with quality of their services. I would prefer PayPal at any cost. It is widely accepted in the countries I deal with.
