Paypal is a most popular Payment processor & there are lot's of restrictions available, etc: country prohibition, sending / receiving limitation/security policy/chargeback & refund issues etc and high charges.

Alertpay also fine, Asian contries IM peoples now using alertpay & moneybookers. now alertpay users can withdtraw their payment through bank and Visa/master cards. this is another milestone from AP.

Yes paypal have many restrictions but most of us are very comfortable with their features...always there should some positive and negative things..

Alert pay and moneybookers are also have their own features and their customers. By ranking wise 1. Paypal, 2. Alert pay and 3. Money bookers

I feel more comfortable using Paypal if I am totally honest. I have used Paypal for years now and I have grown to really trust them as a company. Alertpay are an alternative, but if I had to choose between the two then it would be Paypal hands down.

I've only used Paypal for all online transactions, I've been a little hesitant to try any other service. I do know a down side to Paypal is that they do not refund for services. If you are supposed to ship a product and don't they'll refund but if it involves doing work for someone they say they can't refund the money.

Yes paypal is good, old and very popular and even secure. But for fees, it is high in some cases. Wmtransfer.com is the new payment website. Check it out.

I voted for Alertpay because Paypal is not fully supported Sri Lanka.

PayPal is the safer, easier way to pay and get paid online. The service allows anyone to pay in any way they prefer, including through credit cards, bank accounts, buyer credit or account balances, without sharing financial information.

PayPal has quickly become a global leader in online payment solutions with more than 153 million accounts worldwide. Available in 190 markets and 24 currencies around the world, PayPal enables global ecommerce by making payments possible across different locations, currencies, and languages.

I prefer Paypal to Alertpay. Paypal might be charging more by their transactions. Yet in sevicce they are unbeatable and good. Alertpay has some way to go.

I can surely say that Paypal is better than AlertPay because it is the best online Payment processor. I am using it since last 2 years and I have not make account on Alertpay because I am fully prepared with the PayPal policies and TOS. So, I will say that PayPal is better than Alertpay.
