First add your bank account to your paypal account. Then get that account verified. That is is. You can withdraw money into your paypal acount from that time on.

Just tell me from which country you are?? and you have confirmed your bank account with PayPal or not?? Then only I can tell you that whether you can withdraw money or not.

First you should establish a link between your payapl account and your bank account.
paypal will deposit some small amount in your account. You should confirm by entering that amount deposited. If the link is established, then you can withdraw to you bank account by clicking on the withdraw tab.

PayPal Money transfer system is valid for Sri Lanka ? And can you help me to collect some virtual credit card for active my Paypal Account or can we active that paypal account with credit card with another person ?

Paypal accepts banks only from the US at present in case of deposit into paypal. We cannot deposit into paypal from a bank account in India. We can do that only by credit card.

That means they pay our Credit Card ? I think its useless because we cannot collect that money.
