None of them will be useful anymore in India for those who want to get their money transferred from within India.

I remember using Xoom before during times when I can't use paypal in my country. It has lower fees compared to using Western Union and it is much faster since it usually only takes a day and you can get your money already as long as you have the right data and you have the proper documents in getting the money. Although you can't use Xoom if your going to send the money to yourself like your paypal account to Xoom and your going to send the payment to yourself as well it would surely be denied which happens to me two times before.

You are right but these transfers are suspended I think for the moment only in the case of self transfer. I am waiting for further orders.

It is very good indeed, but of late a person living in India cannot get his money transferred to his account in India. He has to live outside India.

I love to use xoom but i cant coz im from asia, and for more information. IF YOU HAVE U.S PAYPAL DEBIT VISA CARD PLUS
then you can use it for xoom transaction.
