Thread: give me clear idea about VCC?

Can someone provide some guides and instruction on how to activate adwords using VCC?

I am stucked with a few issues:
1. What card holder name should I use?
2. Do not know if to choose pre-paid or post-paid option?
3. Google seems need to charge a USD5 activation fee, do I need to have pre-store value on the VCC?
