i think you should contact local Placement Consultants in your area. there are lots of free job placement agencies in almost all major cities, who have huge list of companies and some may have tie up to the company too. You can contact to the paid placement agencies as well who will ask for a small amount, probably monthly basis.

You can register at monster.com or employment911.com Both these are good online job sites. They are effective too.
