Suggestions for creating the site

I am interested to create a site for me.whether its good to create my site in HTML/CSS .Some time i need to modify to laterly.so whether its good to create my site in html and css or go with other than this.

when i was in college i was using the dreamweaver and frontpage in making a scratch..
i love combining the use of it.. i also love using the fireworks on having a scratch layout to be in css and etc... so far thats what i can share

You can go with HTML or CSS but you have another option PHP. PHP is also best for making site. How you can combine FrontPage and Dreamweaver both in one site? What is scratch layout?

You can create a site using any languages.. Basic is HTML & CSS .If you need more secure use the PHP ..
And i found a web designing service at XnYnZ.com . You can also use this and create your site easily..
