Hello, I'm having a bit of a nightmare and would be grateful for some help. Basically, I want to have a framed website, but I can't, as I have forums and other elements that users need to log into, and the frames prevent them from staying logged in.

Is there any way I can get webpages to load up into layers on a page instead? For example, I have mysite/index and on the page, I have a nav menu along the top of the page linking to forums. Rather than go through every page of my website and put in the nav menu coding, can I get other pages to load into the index page?
