Actually we may encounter such problems when we design our own logos or banners for our websites. It is costive to buy the photoshop CS license and install on our PC. CS eats a lot of memory.
So if you like editing the images but do not want to spend lots of bucks on the software you may use paint.NET,InfanView and GIMP.
The above tools can save you but a little troublesome.

yes.. i totally agree.. but if you need a total quality of the images you want to edit, you must use those software too.. and also.. anyone can get it free, without the assurance of its license![]()
paint.NET, InfanView and GIMP is like a Photoshop? What is paint.NET? It is different from paint? paint.NET, InfanView and GIMP software is available on web?

Hi ! I am web designer and i generally downloading free PSD files and editing it and using in my websites. But as we know in PSD file we can get the maximum graphic quality so if you really want the same quality image after editing it, than you should have to use Adobe Photoshop only.
