Opinions may be different aspects of the best and most efficient graphics software on the market. However, as a designer what I like Adobe Photoshop. Changes in function, but also user-friendly interface, making each designer's choice.
Photoshop is the best nowadays..
try to use it, it is not free.. but it worth to buy it..

Adobe Photoshop is better and offers lots of features. Graphic designers nowadays require not only creative skills but also some understanding of other graphic design related areas such as computer graphics.

There are so many graphic design software are available such as,
Photoshop CS,
Coral Draw,
Auto cad,
Macromedia Dreamwiever.

Personally I have used lots of graphic softwares, Adobe Photoshop is the best graphic software out of them, because after editing it gives high quality pictures and it is not crash pictures.
