Have you ever tried the following softwares: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw. If u want to organise your software you have to use Picasa by Google.

Hi, my css skills are decent, the main thing that is causing me to not be that great is my poor Photoshop skills. I was wondering if there are any good general tutorial sites that could improve my overall Photoshop skills, any help GREATLY appreciated.

You can search lot of tutorial sites in the net. Also have lot of forums to solve your any questions. Search in the net what you need.

hey ok look at this site. this site is not basic tutorail i am still searching that but meanwhile u can explore Photoshop Tutorials - Home it is also good, i hope.

It is indeed a blessing in disguise if we can make the best use of graphic software when we download it. As you have said it is an additional advantage if we know how to make the best use of the software.
