Adsense is true programme ? I had two adsense accounts. One account had more than 100$ and one had 60$ or 70$. Both accounts disabled. One of my name and other one of my wife name. In a day I earn 20$. That day I can produced high web traffic. One and half month I earned more than 100 USD. but account disabled.

Yes you are right. Traffic matters in adsense but the point is how will we get traffic? Solution is just upgrade your website with quality content as SEO gurus said CONTENT IS THE KING, right? But nowadays there are lots of ways you can get traffic like start a micro niche blog, research the keywords and see your website will be on first page of search engines in less than a week, but remember research your micro niche very well or you won't get succeed.

well, a user cannot have more than one account, but if you still need, you can have a another business adsense account, but still the address of both personal and business must be different.
if your both accounts had just name difference but having same address, then it is possible that you got banned because of that reason.

You need to get as much visitors to your site as you can. Link building might help.

Niche has to be one of the popular one. If the niche of your blog is popular then google adsense will do great.
