To tell you frankly, I am wishing that PR would one day become insignificant and be just another historical artifact. Unfortunately, at present this is not yet the case as PR remains to be the major gauge for a site's value. With the introduction of Panda or Farmer algorithm update people are expecting that PR would be less important but I doubt if that is the case.
