Online money transfers is a risk hidden factor. we must be very careful and should take safety measures as hackers are all around.

i am new to this online business world.could anyone tell me where to start from and what is the minimum investment required to start an online business??

As you are a newbie, i wouldn't suggest to go for investment directly. First try to analyze whats going on in this online business. You will get to know where your interest lies in. Then chose that field and invest there in that field. You cannot get good results in your business if you start your business as a newbie.

I heard about that some credit card named "Virtual Credit" card. I dont know what are the purpose of that credit card. Can we active PayPal account using that credit card ? And how to collect virtual credit card ?

One can use online payment processors like paypal or moneybookers for online transactions instead of using a credit card.

You should not give your system to anyone. I think paypal is more secure. You can transfer money through this.

Paypal as payment processor was a great service these day.I like how they protected their client againts frauds and hackers.

One has to be very careful while using credit cards for payment. It is better to use some online payment processor like paypal or moneybookers instead of credit cards. They are secure but not always.
