If it had to pick, it would probably be 000webhosting. But i would rather go with a cheap host since it is unique and customizeable.

One thing I am loving now. Yes, It is better having lots of them then choose the best provider.

instead of going for a free hosting which gives your very less or no support features( which may cause unnecessary complication) , you could go for affordable cheap hosting like xnynz.com which gives hosting for $3 where u could get almost all support and enhancement features
