    I admire your offer because this is a SEO hosting service. But the requirement for at least PR1 is at best absurd. Why? it is because website owners who are just starting in the game would always start at PR0. Of course, not unless you are targeting the more established site owners. However, these site owners have already a host of their own. You must be enticing site owners to transfer to your host -- something I doubt if they will.

    Would it not be possible for a starting site to be part of your service?
