Yes 100% true, getting members to a new forum is very hard job, Specially Sri Lankans. Your idea of creating few accounts by forum owner is very helpful.

I think that you should do something to make it popular in google search engine, if people search for technical stuff and they are pointed to this site, it will be very good for traffic.

I will try this and if I get more traffic from it then it will be very good. I hope that it will work. Can you make some more informative thread in this section I want to read them. If you can do then just start doing it. I hope that I will shortly see your more threads in this forum.

Starting threads with good keywords might help traffic, this attracts visitors who visits forums. If they like those posts, will start discussing.

Always start with a smaller forum. You can add less than 10 categories for your site. Just make the very important ones that could attract the users interests. The fewer categories, the easier it is to fill the forum.

You can either create a thread for a day or remember to post at least 10 replies to that thread.
