Thread: What do you think about .blogspot.com subdomain?

i have hardly seen any other subdomain, ranking in google. so i think blogspot is best as a subdomain that everything a normal content publisher need.

But I want to know I just started this blog sofarecliners.blogspot.com and I pinged, that day I got 12 links, i dont know what kind of links and another day when I saw my blog details in SEOQuake, I found 00 links. What this means? SHould I have to daily ping the blog? If yes then pinging daily is result in ban or being penalized, is that true? I am damn confused about this and for blogspot blog we have to work a lot as compare to .com blogs, they don't get traffic as .com. Any ideas?

blogspot.com is google's domain. So the blog will be indexed by google very quickly.If you do not want to buy a domain, blogspot will be a good choice for you at any time

Yes, blogspot is effective too. Of course effort has to be taken to keep the content fresh and updated.

Blog spot is the best sub domain for me too i have never seen any other sub domain ranked in Google too
