Buying Domain for Beginners

I would like to asked if you can recommend ideal place to buy domains for beginners. I dont have much ideas if where to buy cheaper but quality domains. So I hope you can share your experienced and tips about some domain company you like most.

there is nothing like cheaper and quality domains. but yes, you can query about better domain registrar company/website.
there are lots of good domain registrar. currently i have 5 domains at godaddy and i am quiet satisfied with godaddy service.

there are lots of tld ( top level domain)s available to choose from.
the most popular are .com, .net, .org and .biz and the cheapest one is .info.
you can buy .info for just 0.99$ at godaddy.com.
however if you are serious about your website and want to have website for commercial purpose, i advice you to buy .com or your country related tld, for example .in if you live in india.

GoDaddy is the best place to buy domains. This is especially true in the case of the beginners. They have a good customer support too.

Go for godaddy for domains and hostgator for hosting(if you want). IF you can't afford there prices you can find people on DP who are providing domains, but I recommend if you know the seller then only buy from them or else not. Because if you know him then you can complaint about his service and can get money back if you are not satisfied with his service.....Always look for reputed members....

Most newbies use godaddy to start out with, but I'd also like to recommend Namecheap which has a much simpler interface, I think, than godaddy does. On top of that, whois privacy is only $1, whereas with godaddy, it's almost the same price as the domain name itself.

Yes me too recommend go daddy. But if you try name.com, they also have a good tariff structure for new domains. Other wise site configuration is very much simple with them.
