Directories for Google Search Engine SEO

Once the google stop counting links in directories as backlinks, the orders which I get for Directories submission are very much decreased. Do you still feel submitting to directories is good concept especially concerned to Google Search Engine ?

best way of doing this is having a valid w3c code, a lot of high quality content and some quality back links from trusted sources I think

Yes still the directory submission yields good results but if we can get links from the niche related directories then this will give more value to those links and also good ranking in SE's.

I do not think it is a waste of time. Get on with what you are doing at present and god results will follow. Backlinks are a strong concept.

i think directory submission concept.but u will have to know how to use it propely if u know how can u use the directory for your web site and it also depend on pr of the directory
