Yes, you can make article writing job as your full time job. I have seen lots of people who are doing this on many forums like BHW, DP. If you know english very well you can do it. But you have to work hard for it, like you have to research the given topic, get some ideas and write about it, like that.
Not considered article writing job as my full time job as there are lots of sources to earn on internet, you can't stick at one.

For me, article writing can not be a full time job. You can get a financial support from article writing, but with this you can't earn enough to lead a smooth life. It is too much time consuming and low paying job. You can take it as a part time job. In the other hand you must have a permanent income source....
